 (the “Site”) and/or the purchase of our printing and related services (the “Services”). By placing an order or using the Site, you (“you”, “your”, “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through the Site, email or otherwise are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

Quotations we provide are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.

Production and shipping times begin only after you have approved any proofs and made required payment (see Section 4).

You represent and warrant you have the rights to all materials (artwork, images, text) submitted to us for printing.

3. Specifications, Changes & Proofs

You must provide clear instructions and final materials according to our specifications.

We will provide a digital proof for your approval. Once you approve, you are responsible for all errors.

Any changes requested after approval may incur additional fees and delays.

We are not responsible for minor variations in colour, texture, size or finish — commercial printing variations are acceptable within industry standards.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is due before production begins.

We accept ACH, Wire and physical cehck and you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method.

If you fail to pay when due, we may suspend production, cancel the order, or charge interest/fees for late payment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We will ship products according to the timeframe quoted, subject to availability of materials and receipt of approved proofs and payment.

Shipping dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, acts of God or other external factors.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed.

6. Refunds, Returns, and Replacements

Because each printed job is customised, all sales are final once production begins, unless there is a confirmed defect.

If you believe an item is defective, you must notify us in writing within [insert number] days of receipt and provide supporting evidence (photos, description).

If we confirm the defect, we may offer a re-print or credit at our discretion. Refunds are rarely offered except in exceptional cases.

7. Intellectual Property & Customer Materials

You retain ownership of your original artwork/files. By submitting them you grant us the right to reproduce them for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

If we create design work as part of your order, we retain rights to those designs unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

You represent that your content does not infringe any intellectual property rights or violate unlawful content restrictions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim with respect to the Services (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business, loss of profits or revenue, or wasted management time, even if we have been advised of such possibilities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ABG Print NY, its officers, staff, agents and successors from any claims, liabilities, losses, costs or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any rights of a third party, or your submission of content that results in liability for us.

10 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
