To qualify for a refund, the item or service must be in the original condition, unused (for physical products), or the service must not have been substantially delivered/completed (for custom services).

Orders for custom-printed items, specialised print runs, or personalised designs may be non-refundable once production has commenced.

Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind only.
Minor discrepancies after work has been accepted by the customer.
Delay in delivery attributable to factors outside our control (e.g., shipping carrier delays).

4. How to request a refund
